VISION
Senna House, a new desert-modern hotel, conference center, and restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona, sought to transcend the typical hospitality experience of the area. Through a genuine and immersive design, they aimed to create an environment that promotes rest, reenergizing adventure and cultural connections. To achieve this, they needed expert integration of plants to bring to life the natural, biophilic elements throughout their spaces.
Bringing this vision to life required flexibility and creativity due to product and supply chain delays. As we became more familiar with the space, it was clear that some original design ideas would need to be revised. Adjustments were necessary to accommodate larger pots or containers and varying light conditions. Despite these challenges, our vision expertly orchestrated various design elements from different tradespeople and designers into a harmonious, biophilic-inspired atmosphere. This transformation enhanced the aesthetic appeal and elevated the overall guest experience in this high-end hospitality environment.
“We worked closely with the owner and the hotel designers, House of Form, to come up with a design that would truly complement their space. There were lots of changes, but we love the end result!”
– Brad Heinicke, Lead Designer
