About Our Services

Q: What is biophilic design?

A: Biophilic design integrates natural elements into built environments to enhance well-being, productivity, and creativity. It’s about creating spaces that connect people with nature.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: We specialize in biophilic design, including plant walls, moss walls, plant rentals, design & installation, horticultural services, artificial plants, and holiday decorations.

Q: Do you offer maintenance for plants?

A: Yes, our horticultural service team provides ongoing care to ensure your plants thrive and stay beautiful year-round.

Design + Installation

Q: Will the designer pick out my plants, or will I?

A: Our designers are here to help bring your vision to life. We collaborate with you to select plants that complement your style while thriving in your unique environment—considering light, airflow, traffic patterns, humidity, and maintenance needs. We also offer curated color options from our available palette. Whether your project is commercial or residential, we design to elevate your space and its connection to nature.

Q: Will your designers work with my interior designer or architect?

A: Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with interior designers and architects, combining our plant expertise with their design vision. These partnerships often yield the most inspired, integrated spaces.

Q: Is there a fee for a designer to visit my space?

A: Yes. We charge a $150 design consultation fee for new clients, which can be credited toward your final purchase.

Q: How will I know when my plants are being installed?

A: Installations typically occur within 2–3 weeks of your deposit. For larger or construction-related projects, timelines can extend depending on the build schedule—sometimes up to a year for complex installations.

Q: How often will my plants be maintained?

A: Maintenance is scheduled as needed to keep your plants looking their best. Our service fees are billed monthly, and frequency depends on plant type, environment, and your specific needs.

Q: Are the plants warranted? Do you offer color options?

A: Yes and yes. We provide what we like to call “Plant Insurance.” If a plant fails under our care, we replace it—simple as that. We also offer a range of foliage and color options from our curated selections.

Plant Walls

Q: What is a Plant Wall?

A: A plant wall—sometimes called a living wall—is a vertical garden that brings nature to your walls, creating a living, breathing work of art.

Q: How is a Plant Wall installed?

A: Depending on size and complexity, most plant walls are securely mounted to an existing wall structure using a support system. In most cases, this doesn’t require major structural changes.

Q: Are all Plant Walls irrigated?

A: Not all. Larger walls typically require built-in irrigation and drainage systems, while smaller installations are maintained by hand by our expert Horticulture Service Technicians.

Q: Will I need to maintain my Plant Wall?

A: Not at all. Our “Gurus of Green” handle everything—watering, trimming, and replacements—so your wall stays vibrant and healthy year-round.

Q: How large can a Plant Wall be?

A: The sky’s the limit. There’s virtually no size restriction for a living wall; we scale designs to fit your space and vision.

Plant Leasing

Q: What is a Plant Lease?

A: Plant leasing makes it easy for businesses to enjoy the benefits of indoor plants without the upfront investment. Monthly payments cover both the plants and their maintenance—an affordable, hassle-free way to green your space.

Q: How long is a typical lease term?

A: Most leases range from 24 to 36 months, depending on your needs.

Q: Do I get to keep the plants at the end of the lease?

A: No. Plant leasing works much like equipment or art leasing—you enjoy the plants for the duration of your lease term, with the option to renew or redesign at the end.

Q: Can you deliver plants right away?

A: We do our best to meet your timeline. If we have suitable plants on hand, we can get started quickly and evolve your design as your space (and tastes) grow.

Q: What are the cost benefits of a Plant Lease?

A: Leasing offers a lower upfront cost, predictable monthly budgeting, and the flexibility to refresh your look at the end of your term—keeping your space aligned with the latest design trends.
